On centralizers of prime rings with involution
Let $R$ be a ring with involution $*$. An additive mapping $T:Rto R$ is called a left(respectively right) centralizer if $T(xy)=T(x)y$ (respectively $T(xy)=xT(y)$) for all $x,yin R$.
